Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Experience in Core Banking, Payments, & Temenos Core Banking would be an Advantage
- Primarily conduct end-to-end testing for the Digital Bank
- Work with Business Teams and assist in developing and executing test cases based on the business requirements
- Ensure the visibility, traceability, and testing process to deliver high-quality software and prevent any software defects or bugs which will have a financial impact
- Manages all aspects of the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC), including systems analysis, design, development, deployment, maintenance, enhancements, and system documentation
- Manage and own the implementation of the test strategy across all projects
- Support and retest application production systems to optimize functionality, performance, and provide timely follow-up on identified issues and provide improvement
- Facilitate open and effective communication within and between the development team, the business users, and external customers
- Participate in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of hardware test environments
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Possessing 2 – 10 years of experience in testing UAT projects in financial institutions will be advantageous
- Highly goal driven and able to work well in dynamic environments
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Possess some experience in basic banking products
- Experience in doing testing (UAT)
- Experience in partnering and negotiating with different teams to deliver results.
- Proficient in tools including MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
