What Will You Do:
Sr. Analyst will join the Commercial Finance team, helping to drive the business forward through the analysis and assessment of each business service. Making impactful decisions, helping to improve company profit margins and reduce cashflow. The commercial finance team’s goal is to improve financial metrics across each service unit, including Profit and Loss, Cashflow, Operational Efficiency, Company Promotions, etc.
Responsibilities in this position include:
- Assessment of Financial Reports of each Business Unit
- Assessment of Operational Metrics of Each Business Unit
- Assessing and Approving Risk Related to New Business Proposals
- Building Analysis to Rational Company Expenditures in each department to help improve company’s overall performance and efficiency
- Creating Presentations on Findings and Recommendations
- Managing Multiple Stakeholders to aggregate data to make accurate decisions
Required Skills for this position:
- Strong Excel/Data Skills
- Strong ability to Translate Data into Actionable Items
- Independent Worker who feels comfortable driving projects
- Strong Project Management and Organizational Skills
- Strong Communication Skills (Developing Presentations and Communicating Findings)
- Speaks English Fluently (Direct Manager is American)
Ideal Candidate:
- Someone with 2-4 years of Experience in Consulting or similar Industry
- Strong Background Driving Projects Independently
- Has a degree from a Top Indonesian University (UI or BT) or Studied Abroad
- Has familiarity with Logistics Industry
