As a Project Administrator and Order handling, you will coordinate aspects of the project for Electrification Distribution Solutions (ELDS) division in Tangerang, Indonesia. You will also support Project Managers in the management. Reporting to the Division Controller, you will be responsible for the execution of the project as well the invoicing of projects and supports in the collection process.

Your responsibilities

  • Preparing materials for and assisting the Project Controller in project reviews and updates project (cost) adjustments, approved by the Project Manager and Controller, in SAP or other Project Controls systems.
  • Monitoring, controlling, and releases requests for invoicing, based on instructions from the Project Manager.
  • Assisting the project controller in the updates of SAP budget/as sold values for projects.
  • Supporting the order handling responsible with the request for bank guarantees.
  • Supporting in adherence to corporate governance, integrity, assurance, internal control, group charter, business specific finance directives and instructions.
  • Effectively communicate appropriate information to mostly internal project stakeholders.
  • Controlling documentation accuracy and consistency, based on tasks assigned by Project Manager or Project Documentation Specialist and procedures agreed with the customer inclusive of the project handover from the order handling.

Your background

  • 2-3 years in accounting/finance; experience in SAP will be preferred.
  • Strong user experience with Microsoft Office tools, emphasizing on Excel.
  • Minimum BA/BS Accounting or Professional Degree in Finance or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and providing utmost attention to details.
  • Excellent English writing and verbal skills.
