About the Company:
Our client is a B2B Tech Startup that enables contractor to get good construction material supplies in a bigger selection of products and transparent pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive ideation, product strategy and execution for your product division, partnering with your product development team and cross-functional stakeholders
- Own a product stream end to end to frame product strategy and drive execution
- Plan and participate in user research initiatives with the design and user research teams to understand customer problems and identify and iterate on product ideas and improvements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in support, marketing, sales and business to develop product messaging, training and communications
- Obsess over funnels, customer cohorts, trends and forecasts and amplify good ideas wherever in the organizations they come from
- Define, track and report success metrics for a product, business, and customer
- Reiterate on product plans, and make informed decisions using data and user feedback
Key Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s / Masters or an equivalent degree, preferably in engineering or management
- 3+ years of experience in a progressive product company as a Product Manager
- Analytical and data-driven, you love digging into the data to understand what’s happening and define & measure success on every project
- Have experience in working with product designers and engineering team
- Ability to easily transition from high-level strategic thinking to detailed execution
- You’re entrepreneurial and are comfortable working in a complex and fast-paced environment
- Past working experiences in startups is highly preferred
