Job Description
Technical Skills required:
Strong development background in PHP
Past experience of building a APIs and micro services
Familiarity with front-end languages such as HTML, JavaScript and CSS
Past experience of deliverying code for high volumen transactions
Passionate about software development with a general thirst for digital knowledge and a significant interest in new emerging technologies
Ability to solve problems quickly and completely
Analytical and inquisitive, with excellent attention to detail
Credible, confident and articulate, with excellent communication and presentation skills and the gravitas to deliver ideas clearly and concisely to internal Catch staff
The delivery, operation, and maintenance of components for internally managed software applications and integrations.
Perform Code that is readable, maintainable, and sufficiently efficient, tested, and documented to meet the needs of the business.
Keep up to date with the latest software development technologies and methodologies
Write clean and healthy structured, well documented code
Build future-proof reusable core code libraries, which can be shared, in order to drive further efficiencies
Deliver code which is well tested and consistently error free
Design and build database schemas with integrity and scalability with data access layers that are optimised for performance and security
