Project Overview

Woodside has operated Pluto LNG since start up in 2012. Gas from the offshore Pluto and Xena fields is piped through a 180-kilometre pipeline to Pluto LNG’s single onshore LNG processing train.
Woodside’s development of the Scarborough gas field is through a brownfield expansion of Pluto LNG. The project includes the construction of a second gas processing train (Train 2) that will have a capacity of about 5 million tonnes per annum (Mtpa).
51 modules for the Train 2 gas processing train will be constructed at a Module Fabrication Yard located in Batam Island, Indonesia.
Bechtel is seeking a Lead Turnover Coordinator to join the Pluto Train 2 Module Fabrication Team in Batam Island, Indonesia.
What you bring:
The Lead Turnover Coordinator will report to the Project Field Engineer and supervises a team of direct reports. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
-Lead the Module Yard Turnover team.
-Develop the Module Yard Turnover Procedure incorporating contractual and jobsite deliverables and handover of supporting documentation.
-Champion and implement the Module Yard Turnover process in accordance with Bechtel SWPPs, Project Procedures and ITPs.
-Implement an effective and efficient punch list process.
-Work with Module Yard Field Engineering team to define Tag and ITR requirements for Turnover deliverables.
-Provide training to Module Yard personnel on Module Completion and Turnover.
-Focal point with the construction job site for all Turnover documentation and data deliverables.
-Champion of the Module Yard Smart Completions Database.
-Integrate required vendor and project data from Electronic Data Management System (EDMS) to Electronic Module Turnover Packages.
-In conjunction with automation team, develop standard completion reports used to track Module completion.
-Control and maintain master set of Module Turnover PIDs – manage system scoping against P&IDs and other engineering drawings; and facilitate in data validation.
-Chair Module Completions meetings – communicate, drive and review the module by system skyline schedule.
-Verify documentation for quality and completeness.
-Organize and lead construction module completion walk downs.
-Identify and classify final walkdown punch items.
About you:
-University/B.S degree in a relevant engineering discipline, but may be waived if equivalent industry experience can be demonstrated.
-Minimum of 10 years, with at least 5 years’ experience in a Module Yard Turnover supervisory role.
-Experience in the design and/or construction of LNG facilities is preferred.
-Direct Hire Experience, preferably in a lump-sum environment.
-Must demonstrate an expert understanding and working knowledge of the Bechtel Module Yard Turnover process
-Understanding of applicable Bechtel work processes, including Standard Work Process Procedures.
-Familiarity with Bechtel Standard Applications (BSAPs), including TEAMWorks Completions Module or Smart Completions, INFOWorks or Aconex, BPS or DSCS, PTR or Unifier, Agile, Navisworks, and other automation tools used on Bechtel projects.
-Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
-Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
Additional Information
This position has responsibilities that include exposure to changing environmental, construction, and operational conditions, which may include: extensive walking in and around an active construction and/or operations site, climbing ladders, working at heights from work platforms including scaffolding, and mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs), use of personal fall arrest equipment, walking and working on uneven surfaces, working in constricted and/or confined spaces, variable work shifts (e.g., day, night, weekends, 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift, etc.), and work in inclement weather. Some lifting may be required. Candidate must be able to use standard issued Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required for each assigned task (i.e respirator, harness, life vest, hearing protection, etc.).
