Job Description
The incumbent will be required to support AquaEasy customers and manage a team supporting aquaculture farming:
Responsible to support team Operations:
- Own and be responsible for AquaEasy product operational execution at customer farms
- Manage a team that monitor, provide technical support and analytical feedback on data related to daily farming operations
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and fixing issues related to daily farm operations at customer farms
- Lead quality or safety investigations and implementing actions resulting from these investigations
- Provide training to end users on AquaEasy products and services
- Improve, propose new and support existing and future AquaEasy products and services
- Handle all customer related issues, questions, complaints and provide timely feedback or solutions via a distributed or remote solution team
Qualifications
- A Degree or Diploma in Engineering / Aquaculture / IT
- Ideally candidate has working knowledge related to shrimp farming.
- Hunger to learn and ability to pick up new knowledge fast
- Resourceful when it comes to problem solving
- High energy, pro-active, responsible, independent, self-motivated and diligent
- Caring for team and customers with excellent people skills
- Good communicator, both written and verbal (English & Bahasa Indonesia)
- Highly mobile for deployment across Indonesia (up to 70% domestic travel)
