Deskripsi Pekerjaan: Responsibilities / Introduction

Branding:

  • Use branding frameworks (e.g., Brand triangle) to crystalize brand positioning and supporting activities
  • Tailor each marketing / PR activity to achieve branding goals
  • Constantly track penetration of brand awareness and perception from Customers

Digital Marketing:

  • Define SEO and other digital marketing goals and objectives
  • Develop content and copies and other creative content
  • Manage internal and external resources to achieve these goals
  • Track progress again goals set

Offer Marketing:

  • Ensure that offer related content is distributed in a timely manner
  • Develop content and copies and other creative content

Social Media Marketing:

  • Define goals and objectives
  • Develop content and copies and other creative content
  • Ensure that high engagement content is being distributed on a frequent basis
  • Manage internal and external resources to achieve these goals
  • Track progress again goals set

Event Management:

  • Full responsibility for planning and executing both Indonesia and Regional events
  • Conceptualize different formats based on different formats
  • Conceptualize and develop events related collateral
  • Manage events on the day

Media Relationships:

  • Develop relationships with journalists and editors at key publications
  • Secure media visibility
  • Be responsible for developing and distributing press releases
  • Conceptualize different formats based on different formats

Others:

  • Monitor competitor activities
  • Assist regional marketing efforts

Requirement

  • Hands-on experience in a supervisory position (Manager, Director level) for at least 5 years
  • Relevant industry experience in a marketing function in the finance or fintech industry for at least 8 years
  • Solid understanding of company financing products
  • Broad functional tool kit covering digital marketing, content marketing, PR and comms, media relationship management, events with a spike in two or three areas
  • Have a demonstratable track record in developing end user-targeted campaigns for mass user adoption of user conversion
  • Have knowledge on designing and executing B2C and B2B marketing campaigns
  • Have at least 3 years proper marketing training from a professional agency, or corporate known for its marketing and branding capabilities
  • Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Must be fluent in English
