For our Consumer Programs team, we are looking for a Hub Manager Audience Management & Profiling in Jakarta.

As we accelerate our journey, the Audience team’s mission is to deeply understand our prospects and consumers’ needs and fulfill them better than anyone else. This team will be acting as the cohesive force that underpins PMI’s consumer-centric, data-driven strategy. You’ll be working together with a mix of talents in data, analytics, science, technology, marketing and media. You’ll constantly look for effectiveness, efficiencies and big wins: What can we do better? Where can we scale?

In this position you will gather audience insights from quantitative and qualitative data and work with data analysts to implement targeting solutions in the APAC region across multiple verticals.


  • Working closely with global and local partners, oversee all audience management operational activities in the APAC markets striving to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention;
  • Review briefs from markets to come with data-driven audience segmentation and targeting strategies and activate these in DMP or CDP solutions;
  • Creating effective segmentation and personalization for both prospective and existing consumers and use data for decision making and storytelling by using tools such as Treasure Data, Salesforce DMP, Google Analytics, and others
  • Have a deep understanding of existing consumers in order to implement targeting strategies to increase revenue, reduce churn, increase customer sentiment, grow community using the global segmentation framework while taking into account local market nuances;
  • Support the acquisition function with analytics and insights using data from DMP or DSP;
  • Summarize and simplify analytical results through reports and consequently interpret and translate insights into clear business recommendations;
  • Thoroughly understand our proprietary audience solutions, audience strategy, and native audience targeting capabilities platforms offer and be able to explain and train a wide audience with different levels of understanding
  • Gather key audience findings from APAC markets;

Skills & experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or Master’s degree in related field;
  • Work experience in either Marketing or Consumer Value Management;
  • Very strong analytical and quantitative skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret and use data to drive decision making;
  • SQL experience and working experience with relational databases;
  • Working experience with a DMP, DSP’s, or other identity solutions;
  • Experience with digital marketing campaigns, analyses, and reports;
  • Significant experience in analyzing online and offline data;
  • Self-starter with ability to quickly ramp up on new tools and technologies;
  • Ability to manage in an environment of uncertainty, ambiguity and complexity
