Role Summary: Analysis and design system requirement and specification.
Develop, test and evaluate the new enhancement/existing system.
Produce the integrated application system which can accommodate our users’ requirement.
Responsibilities:
Developing end to end company multi-platform software app (desktop, mobile, web)
2. Defining UI and UX recommendations
3. Front-end and back-end development for new and existing company business application
4. Working alongside with business process analyst team for app design features and usability
5. Meeting both technical and clients’ needs and objectives
6. Staying abreast of developments in mobile applications and programming languages
7. Strive to stay current and knowledgeable in the areas of mobile app design trends, user interface design, and related software/hardware
8. Keep the confidentiality of the company database and other confidential matters
9. Work closely with all team members to meet and deliver project timelines and deliverables
10. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of all deliverables require
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
1. Possess experience and/or a formal background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology and other relevant background with specific focus given to candidates familiar with Software Development and Digital Transformation.
2. University degree or college diploma in a related discipline
3. 2 – 4 years working as Full Stack Developer
4. At least 2 years of experience in mobile app development Java/Kotlin, C#, ASP.net development, Data integration development PDI, SSIS.
5. Experience with version control tools (SVN, Github, Ms. Source Safe, TFS)
6. Experience with Delphi Form – desktop app, client server based and socket programming.
7. Knowledgeable with basic activity or have experience in Forestry industry (Forestry R&D, Planning, Nursery, Plantation, Harvesting and Fiber Supply chain) is an added advantage.
8. Experience in development through the full cycle of SDLC, designing and working with n-tier architectures.
9.Has proven track record in building software and platforms that solve real problems and challenges that industries and customers face.
10.Has strong analytical skills, problem solving skills to conduct technological analysis of technical roadmaps and refining product backlogs
11.Having solid experience with end to end software development including system integration with various platform such as: android mobile app development (Java/Kotlin), web service development REST API (.NET Core and WCF), system integration ETL (SSIS, PDI), Desktop based client / server application (Delphi)
12.Proficiency with database query languages (SQL) and good knowledge of relational database (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, SQlite)
13.Good oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa
14.Be a team-player, be goal-oriented, and possess a positive attitude towards learning
15.Ability to work agilely and flourish in a fast-paced environment
16. Willing to relocate to the job location.
