Deskripsi Pekerjaan: Job Description:
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions).
- Prepare monthly and yearly management reporting, handle a financial year-end audit, coordinate with auditors & prepare the necessary schedules.
- Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership.
- Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
- Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and provide guidance for team members. Participate in corporate development initiatives to support and facilitate business growth.
- Support system implementation/improvements as necessary, support in ad hoc projects and other initiatives as assigned.
- Design and implement company policies and procedures that comply with labor regulations.
- Develop compensation and benefits plans; Review departmental budgets and manpower planning.
- Monitor and in charge of the entire recruitment process.
Job Requirements:
- Education background in Finance/Economic/Management.
- Experienced as Finance/HR Manager min. 7 years.
- Had experience as Internal Audit.
- Had experience in manufacture company, from bottling industry would be much preferred.
- Domicile in Batam would be preferred.
- Ideal candidate would be someone who are hands-on and high attention to detail.
