Hatch is looking for a strong Vendor Data Document Controller. As the successful candidate, you are comfortable working in a fast-paced and professional project environment. Key Responsibilities
-Set up vendor interface with EDMS and attend kick off meetings outlining document management protocols;
-Receive, log, track, file and monitor vendor documents;
-Work closely with package engineers and vendors to ensure review workflows are seamless;
-Troubleshooting process and systems when necessary;
-Support all project participants in complying with Hatch standards and any outlined specific client and project procedures;
-Upload/capture data on Client’s EDMS if required;
-Run reports and analysis of data to review and ensure accuracy, i.e. EDMS metadata comparisons and expediting due and outstanding review workflows;
-Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, both internal and external; and
-Handover of documentation at the end of projects;
*EDMS – Electronic Data Management System(s)
Skills and Experience
-Minimum 2 years’ document control experience, specifically working with vendor data in an engineering environment;
-Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration an asset;
-Advanced Microsoft Office Applications (specifically excel) and Adobe/PDF Xchange;
-Experience with document management systems is an asset, i.e. TeamBinder, Sharepoint, ProjectWise
-Meticulous attention to detail; and
-Excellent Interpersonal skills.
