As we’re growing to become the biggest and most loved brand, we are looking for: Customer Happiness Expert (Contractual basis – minimum 6 months)

Mission: Provide world class customer service – give power back to customers!

As a Customer Happiness Expert, your key objectives will be to…

  • Handle multiple chats and resolve customers’ concerns in an effective, efficient and timely manner
  • Handle difficult or agitated customers and convey genuine empathy
  • Respond to customer comments and/or inquiries in a manner that the situation/concern is understood
  • Work with other departments in resolving customer’s delivery, order management, network, and billing issues
  • Work closely with other team members to resolve any challenging issues encountered
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed

We are looking for individuals who…

  • Experience in E-commerce, BPO, or Telco industry
  • At least 1 – 2 years experience in customer service (Voice/Email/Chat)
  • Typing Skill of at least 40 wpm
  • Good English communication skills
  • Amenable to shifting and weekend schedules
  • Experience with Zendesk is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Exceptional customer service skills
