Deskripsi Pekerjaan: Area of Responsibility

1. Management payroll data dan employee data

  • Ensure that all payroll components to be processed are accurate
  • Ensure that all tax and BPJS components to be processed are accurate
  • Recording changes in salary as a result of passing the probation period, promotions, transfers, including recording new joiner data and employee termination.
  • Always ensure the accuracy of all employee data every month.

2. HRIS Management

  • Accommodate all customer’s needs and coordinate with vendors to support the needs of effective HRIS development.
  • Ensure that all data and information entered into HRIS are accurate and correct.
  • Support People Service Managers to carry out all projects and initiatives related to HRIS can be carried out according to targets and timelines.
  • Maximizing the use of HRIS to be able to provide significant reductions in terms of administration

3. Management information related to payroll

  • Prepare socialization materials related to new policies related to payroll from the government.
  • Answering questions from employees related to payroll (benefits, PPh 21, reimbursement, or deduction)

4. Monthly report management

  • Retrieve data related to payroll payments that have been made in the previous month from HRIS.
  • Ensure that the data contained in the reports are following the payment transactions made at the bank.
  • Assist Comben Specialist in reconciling payroll before sending it to Finance and Tax.
  • Conduct an in-depth data search if discrepancies are found, especially data related to taxes (PPh 21).
  • Store monthly data report neatly and regularly to make searching easier.

5. Compensation & Benefit Management

  • Ensure that all BPJS components are paid for and maintained accurately, neatly, and correctly.
  • Cooperating with the People Service Manager in managing internal benefits and rewards management to continue to develop in order to provide more benefits to the Company and Employees.
  • Ensuring that all benefits components outside of payroll are managed accurately, neatly, and correctly.

Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting/Science/Data
  • At least 5-7 years of relevant cumulative working experience in Comben / HRIS
  • Experience in HRIS, Comben, payroll, and taxes.
  • Proven knowledge of data management and data analysis
  • Proven knowledge of UU Cipta Kerja, BPJS, dan PPh21
  • Able to work in individual and team
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Having background in HRIS
  • Communication skills, including verbal communication, report writing, and presentation skills
