About the Company:
Our client is an established local conglomerate sector. As part of their business growth, they are currently looking for CHRO to be part of their senior management leadership team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Kick off organisation transformation
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs
- Formulate career development plans
- Lead employer branding efforts across all business units
- Supervise HR Directors
- Evaluate training and development programs
- Develop HR policies for all branches and regions
- Analyze the effectiveness of HR procedures and tools
- Ensure HR plans align with board mission and business objectives
Key Requirements:
- Proven working experience as CHRO with minimum 15 years of working experience
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
