Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Ensure the effective operation of the Business Continuity framework for the business unit.
  • Review and implement Group Policy adapting Information Technology where applicable to support the needs of the business ensuring all local regulatory requirements are met.
  • Monitor and promote adherence to the organizational Risk Policy within the business raising Exceptions and Action Plans where required.
  • Analyze, manage and monitor Business Continuity Management risks affecting the business.
  • Flag any significant matter of concern entailing risks for the business to the Risk Director.
  • Monitor any significant development relating to strategic projects having direct or indirect impact on customer experience or business critical processes affecting the ability to sustain critical operations during an incident.
  • Provide the required quarterly reports to Regional Business Continuity management and Local Risk community demonstrating appropriate assurance and oversight of the business continuity framework.
  • Raise emerging risks with the local risk team and other relevant parties and provide support for any mitigating activities.
  • Provide Business Continuity management consultancy/support and ensure a program is in place to exercise all aspects of the Business Continuity program within the business unit in line with Group policy.
  • Develop and support the implementation of a process for the delivery across the busineess and continue to ensure that the existing Business Continuity framework supports the business in line with Group policy.
  • Co-ordinate Business Unit wide engagement with Information Technology through the Global Service Management relationship facilitating the development of recovery strategies in line with business requirements.
  • Provide a focus for engagement with the local regulator for all issues relating to Business Continuity when and where appropriate.
  • Manage the key 3rd party contracts for Business Continuity within the Business Unit with relevant support from functional experts e.g. procurement etc.
  • Co-ordinate Business Unit wide awareness and education program for Business Continuity ensuring that that all those involved in the delivery of Business Continuity have the relevant current Business Continuity expertise.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 5 or more years of experience in related field
  • Strong communication skill
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English both written and oral
