Job Description
- Responsible to build and manage the relationship with end users and to grow the business in Indonesia.
- Provide responsive, empathetic, outstanding and excellent support and after sales service to our customers, including through product training and consultation to new and existing clients.
- Work closely with sales team to assist in winning business and ensuring that clients are successful with their investment .
- Ensure customers and their wider teams are correctly and optimally set up and on-boarded.
- Acting as the key main contact point to manage customers.
- Resolve all of the problems that the customers are facing.
- Execute strong internal and external communications with all customers and team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology or Aquaculture.
- Relevant working experience in similar function for at least 3 years or above, experience in technology or SaaS industry are preferable.
- Strong interpersonal skill, presentation, problem solving, and project management skills, with a focus on translating technological solutions into business growth metrics.
- Self-starter, ability to work with limited supervision, multi-tasker and able to think holistically.
- Strong analytical, assessment and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with the Aquaculture industry is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Able to travel within Indonesia up to 75% of the time.
