Jabatan: Branch Operations Supervisor
Deskripsi Pekerjaan: As a Branch Operations Supervisor at Bobobox, with supervision from Branch Operations Manager, you supervise the end to end operational aspects for Bobobox’s branches, spearhead the strategies, supervise branches operations team and execute plans across several functions. This role reports directly to the Branch Operations Manager of Bobobox.
You’ll arrive in a career experience of building teams from scratch, branch operations’ systems that tie directly to the core business of the organization.
- Assisting Branch Operations Manager in daily operational and managerial activities on appointed branches.
- Responsible for supervising and coordinating SOP’s and processes related to business process flow begins when development needs data is obtained until handover to the operation is completed for each development project.
- Responsible for the presence, overtime, turn over, and team in his/her supervision.
- Responsible for the 5R and K3 at the workplace.
- Coordinate with Branch Operations Manager in relation with related vendors on branches needs (laundry,amenities, etc.), including tender, procurement and payment.
- Supervise branches staff to make sure all SOPs are processed accordingly.
- Coordinate with Civil & Assembly team, Engineering team for simulation pods after handover.
- Supervise the Site Support & Maintenance personnel to manage the hotel repairment/maintenance process runs smoothly.
- Deliver the training materials and subjects that are proposed by Branch Operations Manager.
- Analyze and review the pods team training result to ensure the development of knowledge and skill and report it to Branch Operations Manager.
- Promptly respond in person to guests’ review and concern on behalf of the company.
- As an escalation level in managing guest complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide solutions to resolve operational issues.
- Conduct regular (quarterly) work performance appraisal to the branch team.
- Conduct monthly one-on-one sessions with the branch team to gather feedback and insights in operations.
- Implement reward and punishment on branch level (e.g. accidental reward and reprimand)
- Proposed promotions, demotion, transfer and termination of pods employees based on company regulations to Branch Operations Manager.
- Suggest ideas of improvement to the Branch Operations Manager.
- Hold a diploma or an undergraduate degree in hospitality or related field.
- Willing to work based in a selected area with frequent travel.
- Proven experience at supervisory level in hotel minimum for 2 years.
- Proven experience at hotel pre -opening projects is an advantage.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to engage with vendors and stakeholders.
- Understanding the hotel business process.
- Attention to detail and curiosity obsessed
- Proficiency in using email, microsoft offices and google suite
- Excellent learning skills, attention to details, and to proactively resolving issues and results-driven.
