You will be working as part of West Region ID team that manages Grab Car, Grab Bike, Grab Express and Grab Kios business operations. We are responsible for developing and driving the right strategy to win the market and shaping ideal supply demand equilibrium while building a sustainable business model.
Get to know the Role:
This position is intended to support operation and Area Strategic Managers by providing strategic in-time data analysis, key metric monitoring, structure planing, project management monitoring. The key success factor for this role is the one that has excellent critical thinking skills and project management (breakdown problem, finding the hypotheses, test the hypotheses, shepherd project until end of implementation, and ensuring the results are sustainable).
The day-to-day activities:
Explore business issues/opportunities, uncover insights, and/or identify targeted areas for business growth
Plan, Drive and Present strategic initiative
Identify opportunities for revenue and demand growth, and work with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives / experiments.
Define hypotheses, develop and execute necessary tests, experiments, and analyses to prove or disprove them.
Able to perform complex analysis based on problem statements.
Effectively communicate the results of analyses or new concepts across to business stakeholders and the Outer Cities teams. Able to influence senior stakeholders and enable data driven decision making.
Optimise current settings and frameworks across all Outer Cities depending on current marketplace conditions, across consumer, driver and merchant fronts. Able to drive operational efficiencies and improvements where needed.
Build dashboards and insights for Transport, deliveries & merchant related data to guide business strategies & facilitate tracking of business metrics.
A Bachelor’s/Masters degree, preferably in Analytics, Statistics, Business or Engineering
Strong foundation in data analysis using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Ms. Excel, or similar tools
Minimum 3+ years relevant work experience in as business analyst, data analyst, business process improvement, or management consultant
Experience in business, strategy and/or tech consulting Industry would be an advantage
Excellence in presentation
Familiar with Central Java and Yogyakarta market and culture
Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
Experience and proven in leading business project that have a successful impact (experience as PMO)
