Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Business Analysis
- Review and discuss the product initiative with related departments such as Actuary pricing and Partnership Distribution
- Prepare market competitive analysis
- Monitor and analyze existing and newly launch product portfolio
2. Quality Assurance and Control
- PD initiate a discussion on the proposed design and feature with the bank partner together with Product Development and Actuary pricing
- Prepare and obtain approval from Product Committee and internal departments
- Ensure that all documents for approval processes (OJK and other approvals) are complete, updated, and aligned.
- Prepare clearance sheet with complete signoffs for product launch
3. Documentation & Report
- Prepare and obtain approval from Regional Office, including managing all communication to RO
- Prepare and obtain approval from OJK Insurance, including managing all communication to OJK Insurance
- Coordinate with Partners to obtain other regulatory approvals as needed
- Prepare IT business requirement for product development system
- Compile and documents all product-related information and paperworks
- Provides post-launch performance analysis
4. Security and Business Continuity
- Ensure that all process and documents meet legal, risk and compliance requirements
- Ensure that product deliverables are according to approved product specifications
5. Training
- Prepare and review training materials
- Support and/or conduct Training for Trainers and/or sales force
6. Other Projects
- Responsible for other adHoc projects as needed
7. Analyze System Performance to support increasing business
- Conduct or leading UAT to test the product/campaign setting in the system
